Account Executives at G & C present opportunities in proteins, dairy and value added lines to existing and potential customers. Effectively communicate industry updates to include commodity markets and trends both internally and externally. Measure and analyze sales metrics to optimize customer growth customer growth in tonnage and profitability
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Work closely with sales support team:
KSA (knowledge skills and abilities) required
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Detail oriented
· Must be able to handle heavy customer contact, being comfortable interacting with all types of people and different situations
· Knowledge of the food industry, specifically meat products a plus
· Computer skills with a strong background in Excel and Microsoft Office preferred
Education and Experience
· Bilingual in Spanish
Experience in a fast paced environment
· Bachelors Degree or related experience preferred, High school diploma or equivalent required.
· 3-5 years of retail or foodservice experience required.
· Occasional Travel
