Job Description:

Order Selectors accurately pick orders for daily routes, verifying items picked against pick sheet and palletizing orders properly, ensuring orders are ready for delivery.  Must be able to work in all environments of warehouse (dry, cooler and freezer) for extended periods. Must be able to lift up to 150 pounds on occasion. Schedules for this position can vary, although it is generally a 4 day schedule working nights and weekends. Overtime is required when needed; shifts vary Saturday-Friday. Shifts end when all products are selected and loaded for delivery, therefore it varies with every shift. 

 

 

 

Responsibilities

Job Functions:

• Select product for customer orders, error-free from pick labels, at a minimum rate of 165 cases/hr
• Palletize product (stack on pallets) according to weight and driver stop sequence
• General clean-up of warehouse aisles after completion of orders
• Assist in other department areas as needed
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Requirements to be considered for this position:
•Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
•Must be able to work nights and weekends
•Must have a CAN DO attitude and be a team player!
•Must be able to lift 75-100 pounds repeatedly.
•Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug Screen,
•Physical Evaluation and Background verification.
